ILG steel pipe is fused zinc galvanized steel pipe that is produced in fused zinc galvanized facility that Jeongan Steel has introduced "for the first time in Korea". This system has improved the problem with corrosion of welded parts that existing PRE GALVANIZED(HGI, CGI) steel pipe has by reinforcing corrosion resistance to the level of fused zinc galvanized steel pipe and performing additional treatment process and complementing the damage of surface in producing pipe and this system has improved corrosion resistance remarkably .
This product is "environmentally friendly product" that applies inner coating selection method according to the use of pipe and this product is produced by applying precise control of amount to be galvanized and introduction of consecutive IN-LINE plating method and we have improved competitiveness by producing steel pipe in unified line .

- It is made from triple coating steel pipe of zinc, chrome, resin and has excellent corrosion resistance. (Corrosion resistance-salt water spray test white rust generation basis 200Hr)
- Corrosion resistance of welded part is as excellent as main body by consecutive zinc gilding and coating.
- It contains outstanding yield and tensile strength compared to general structural steel pipes.
- Paining steel pipe enables customers to reduce expenses by painting and cutting delivery system.
- We provide customers with competitiveness by reducing cost and preventing rust from generating through inner corrosion resistance resin coating.
- UV coating pipe can maintain the quality of surface by preventing surface being damaged in processing process and UV coating pipe is primarily for high corrosion resistance such as in bad weather district.
- Rigid conduit can minimize the damage of power line covering as rigid conduit has excellent corrosion resistance and the feature of slip by inner resin coating.
