1. KNIFE TUN is separately installed so that KNIFE can be set during facilities operation to reduce time to prepare replacement. Hence, we can reduce the time from material input to shipping to enable quick supply of the product at the time of emergency.
2. High quality control of product surface such as SCRATCH using Belt Bridle (wet/dry) Type.
3. Epc System is installed to easily control product dimension
4. Device to attach surface protective FILM is installed to attach product surface protective TAPE
5. For product quality control after packing of complete product, we set up warehouse for rubber plate and pay attention to imprint on inner surface during transport by a crane, etc.
6. We have our own 7 vehicles and subsidiary facilities in order to quickly and correctly supply our high quality products to the customers. |
